Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

 

CUSTOM ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, due to the nature of these items being custom made for you. However, we understand that accidents can happen, so if you have mistakenly placed an order please contact us within 24 hours to cancel the order. After 24 hours, the order will processed and no return will be granted. These custom items are  “final sale” (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable)

NON CUSTOM ITEMS 

  • You have a 30 day return window (this includes shipping time)
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at (TripleEdgeLeatherCo@Gmail.com) and we will work with you to make your order right! 
SALE ITEMS
  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

EXEMPT GOODS

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

SHIPPING

  • Please do not send the product back to the us until we have approved your exchange or return.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item at this time.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
